i mean i am going to be on the M25 and i need to go to Leicester, so i need the M1! So what junction do i need on the M25?

as dark_mushroom says, you need junction 21a, which is M1 northbound.
It's just a few hundred feet after junction 21 (which is M1 southbound), so it's best to keep in the left hand lane approaching junction 21 so you don't accidentally zoom past it!
There's currently road widening on the M1 when you join it from the m25, and so there's a speed limit of 40 with average speed camera checks, so don't get caught out.

It's 21 if you are on the M25 looking for the M1. (It's 6 if you are on the M1 looking for the M25.)

Typicaly 7am to 4pm.It's horrendous most of the time. Alternative m25 m4 m5 m6 might be a bit further so check it out.
