What version do you have? Assuming 5
Also, there used to be a program installed with it i think called soundstream. Launch that and take a look. (Goto start programs and look under EZCD program group.
Choose source and destination with destination being HD and format MP3. Don't have it in front of me right now, can't remember exactly.
Windows media player and numerous other programs do this though.

Just pop the cd in and click mp3, much better than the other programs as there will not be any jitters! Will sound very crisp!
