I'm a guy and I have both of mine done and it really depends on what type of body you have. I know that this sounds kind of mean but it's at least honest. If you have a decent body it definately looks nice, and it'll look better if you get both of them done rather than just one.
And before you ask, yeah, it hurts. :)

I have heard that they are permanantly erect when they are pierced. I would think that they would not be as sensitive. That would be a shame, however it would tell guys that you are a nayghty girl and you like to try different things.
Might make for some more interesting sex
