splinter cell chaos theory - dvorak problem?

calling all gamers, have a prob here. in splinter cell chaos theory, how do i deal with the dvorak( the server or machine, i dunno), what must i do, i'm stuck after talking to the old chinese man.he didn't give me any good advise.
