I have had nothing but problems with my 2000 Chrysler Voyager, and I bought it new! If anyone else had the same experience please let me know. well now I have decided to go with a car with good reputation for reliability, so its between the Corolla and Civic. People who have or had those cars please give me your input, and be specific.

Both have a great reputation for reliability. You'll find people telling you either one or the other is best. However, there's no way to know for sure, so go on the assumption that they are equally reliable. They really are both good cars.

I have not personally owned either car, but both my brother (civic) and sister (corolla) have. While each is a good reliable car, I know my brother drove his Civic much harder and for a much longer (270,000 miles) period of time. He only had to change the clutch once and the water pump once. It was 10 years ago, but I would say go with the Civic.

Honda Civic! I have a 1999 Honda Civic Si...not only has it kept awesome gas mileage @ 125k it has great resale value.

I need to put in a new clutch and had some problems with the electric window openers...but otherwise...perfect performance and I still...love my car.

very little in it, both are very reliable cars. Make your decision based on other factors, both good small cars getting great mileage. Check out the cost of servicing, Hondas can be expensive

I work in a used car dealership and I have to say Toyota is the top seller of our cars, but they keep their value and so they are expensive, but worth the money. I always tell people, "Better to pay now, or you'll pay later...."
