Well Congress controlled by the Republicans spent tax payers dollars to investigate Clinton followed by impeachment.
Question they Republicans now want to blame Clinton for 9-11. If Congress had been more interested in terrorism than sex life of someone maybe things would different today. Shows the lack of priorities of the Congress.

Well, first he said he hadn't had sexual relations with that woman, miss lewinski.
Then it was discovered he masturbated her with a cigar and ejaculated on her lovely blue dress and all sorts of fun stuff.
Afterwards he still sustained for some time that he hadn't actually had sex with her since he wasn't really doing anything, and she was doing all the job, but that obviously wasn't a good argument.

Why does the world care about that? I think that only pertains to Bill, Hillary and Monica. The sex life of another person is none of our business.

What is your concern? Are Bill and Monica not human beings? Are they not of different sexes? What of gays and lesbians or what if it were human to animal or vice versa relationship? What then is your purpose for this question? I believe like every human being, whether or not, they have every right to relationship.
