Cynthia, Back in the old days, we didn't check every day to see if we were pregnant or not. So, I was 6wks along before I even knew that I was PG!! This was 27yrs ago, so no sono-grams & all that fancy stuff. I was big, but all belly--but not till about my 5th month. We didn't know for sure that I was expecting twins till 3 wks before they were due!! Had to scramble to get more stuff!! I went full term. Baby A weighed in at 6lbs 9oz. Baby B weighed in at 6lbs 12oz. Only my belly was big. Course, I was only eating for me & 1 baby most of the 9mos--not 2 babies!! Eat a healthy diet, exercise & get your rest. If you get a belly right away, so what?? You'll have 2 nice packages in the end!! Good luck to you & enjoy the twins--they grow so fast!!

Do you know for sure if you are having twins or you just think so because you are showing so big? Well you will start to have a bump around three to four months. After that you get bigger and bigger. Ask your doctor what they think.

I would think so.... my friend had twins last year and she looked about 5 months pregnant when she was 10 weeks. So it is possible. She was also very sick, though. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

It just depends, every woman shows differently in every one of her pregnancys. There's no way to really know unless they do an ultrasound on you.

My auntie was pregnant with twins. You could tell at 2 months that she was pregnant and I guessed that it was twins.

It should, because your uterus has to get bigger to make room for two, so it must show earlier. Congratulations!!
