What does it mean if someone you know well writes you an email and signs it with xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo at the bottom of the message?

Hugs and smooches (the "X" symbolizes an open arms as you can see it resembles a person ready to give or get a hug, and the "O" symbolizes the lips/ kiss)

Hugs and Kisses .. it can also be a romantic things as well just a friendship thing. I wouldn't read to much into it.
