You wanna really piss him off?
1. Grow up.
2. Never contact him again.
3. Focus on what you want to do as far as your personal growth and career. Attack those 2 like nothing you've ever worked hard for in your life.
4. If he tries to spread false and ugly rumours about you, use it as your shield. Nothing makes a person move faster to their goal, when no one is looking (It's The Art Of War baby! If it worked for Former Gen. Norman Schwartzkopf if The First Gulf War, it'll work for you) Besides, this'll be your test as to see who are REALLY your friends in a time of need.
5. Date other people.
6. Travel.
7. If you see him in the street. Give him a HUGE HUG. A kiss on the cheek and tell him; "It's great to see you again. Take care". And walk away without another word. Be sure you smile when you do.

The point I'm trying to make is to keep your life moving and make your movements mysterious. Why? Because he's going to wrack his brain and give himself a heart attack wondering "why didn't you revenge?". The best revenge is to make yourself stand taller and make him feel like sh*t and make him realize that YOUR THE ONE WHO GOT AWAY. And no amount of girls he dates and beds is gonna change that fact.
Every girl he dates, he's gonna try to mold into what he misses and what he could've had.

Find a woman/"friend" you know he'd be very attracted to. Invite him to join you for cocktails, since she's seen his picture and is very interested in him. get with a relationship with a family member or a friend of his. ignore him (but make sure you are in the same places as him). hide prawns behind his radiators.
NO really actually the best way to piss him off is to get on with you life and ignore him. It worked for a friend of mine and at first she wanted to get back at him then started to jsut get on with her life. as soon as she couldn't give a damn about him then he started following her round like a lost puppy. She got the unltimate revenge by not getting back with him.

My ex was like that with me so i waited until he went on holiday and let myself into his appartment to do a spot of redecorating! Stick a fish in his car engine, the engine will heat it up and blow the smell through the vents into his car.
Or if you want to take the moral highground, just getting on with your life and moving on without him will piss him off!
