Yes i do because most of the time the question isn't in the first part. Like when i put in a question i put a general statement about what my question is about in the "question" part then i astually ask the question in the notes part. Some people don't read the notes though, i've seen that too.

Yes, I always read the notes. Even the extra long ones, people try to explain why they're asking these questions. You can learn there situations better by read their notes.

Sometimes you have to in order to understand what's going. But in some cases the spelling is so bad that even the notes don't help.

Yes I do, I have noticed that a lot of people don't read it and the question is totally different from their answer.
