you mean would be dominance,,if we only used more than 3%..maybe

There are competing theories about whole brain or the brain being sectioned off to doing different jobs. Whole brain dominance seems to be winning because there are more cases of whole sections of brain matter that were lost in individuals, yet over time the person got better because the brain adapted and began to rewire itself to compensate for the lost part.
