Wisdom is basically knowing the solution to everything and trying to support the people in making the right decision.
Reason is trying to find a reasonable explanation for everything and trying to do the right thing but with the difference that you don't really listen to your gut feeling.

Wisdom is insight in knowing the probable outcome learned thru experience. Reason is using the rational mind to weigh pros and cons in making a decision.

wisdom is something you gain over the years (although part of it must be genetic), reason is based on (eledged) logic, reasoning can be done very well though it may be unwise at the same time!
