even if the children promise not to do anything wrong they are not being allowed to talk to each other then to meet i thnk its the major problem faced by teen agers don't every one think they should be sported bcoz they r gonna meet even if their parents don't allow so its better to with dem then to disagree with them.

I have news for you, dear. It doesn't matter how old you are or will become, you'll always be your parents child. They are worried about you because they love you.
If they allowed you to do as you please, at least for now, wouldn't that be the same as saying "Nah. We don't care. Whatever."?
As far as a promise goes, you may make one and really mean it, but any boy friend is only going to let you see what he wants you to see, and maybe his promises mean nothing, merely a house of sand.
I'd trust your parents now. The truth is, they need your help in these kinds of things (but that's a secret, OK?)
