AMEN! Drives me crazy too. I especially love when they are walking to or from their cars and they walk almost down the middle of the rows so you can't drive past them. Move your rear end over! And when you get into the store, don't stop right in the doorway or by the carts to go diggin in your purse or chit chat. You are in the way! Push the cart into the store and move over to the side. What is so complicated about that!?
Hmm.... I think I have issues! LOL

Pedestrians always have the right of way, but the law is very tricky when a pedestrian walks out in front of your car and you hit them and there is no other witnesses...it's your word against his or hers. This happen to a friend of mine several years ago and now are you ready for this.....My friend had one Beer and left home and was heading back to work and was driving under the speed limit. There were no skid marks. A guy darted out in front of his car and was hit. The police gave him a toximeter test and even though, he was not legally drunk, because it showed a 0.1 ;The insurance found him liable for the accident even though, the guy darted out in front of him. The guy came out like a bandit on that one. Something to think about. if he had not been drinking at all his Insurance would not have to pay for the mistake of pedestrian, but that is where the law is whishy and washy.

maybe they dont see you until they actually step out there. i have done that, walked in a parking lot, sometimes not paying alot of attention. sometimes drivers speed through the parking lot instead of taking it slow. sometimes they dont know if you are going to keep going or they want you to go first so you dont hit them. besides you arent supposed to be driving faster than 5 or 10 mph in the parking lot here in wi. besides they have the right away anyway .
