food:psirri,fast foods in sintagma sq,
clubbing:psirri,paraliaki
siteseeing:there is a bus that starts from panepistimiou str in the center and does a tour in the city ,think its bus 300. ask for more there . other than that mousio benaki,archeological museum, war museum,art expeditions,acropolis
shopping:ermou str,attica mall,omonoia square
those are my suggestions
maybe you should find a city map and see what suits you
or even ask your hotel reception for advice
for whatever matters you just ask someone in the street
everybody is usually very helpful
try to move with the subway and the taxis,no taxis!
the weather will be good,sunny but bring a sweater with you
greek famous food:mousaka ,pita,souvlaki,pastitsio,dolmades,feta cheese,choriatiki salata,
drinks:ouzo,raki,great wine
desserts:galaktobureko,kataifi,glika tou koutaliou

The weather is a little windy, but temperature is good (25-29 C). This is the best period to visit Athens. You have to visit Plaka (the ancient part of Athens) and to taste food to the small tavernas that are located around. Do not forget to visit the Cafeneion "H Orea Ellas"(entrance either from Mitropoleos str or Pandrosou str).
