Drink plenty of water, stay out of the sun (use sunscreen daily), hydrating, exfoliating, & moisturizing (cocoa butter & aloe vera moisturizes and heals skin naturally)...exposure to pollutants, you need antioxidants (apply witch hazel and/or carrot juice to your skin, also eating carrots/juice).
Make sure you get enough rest, so that your skin has time to repair itself.

THere iS a Lot you caN Do 2 TaKe CaRe of YouR SKin
- Use a sunscreen (no more than 30+ it's because it's just added chemicals and they don't increase your protection)
- Drink 8 (8oz) glasses of water daily
- Eat foods rich with antioxidents
- Don't smoke
- Use a good skin care regimen; moisterizers with Vitamin E (keeps elasticity)
- Wear hats, sunglasses and stay in direct sunlight no longer than 45 minutes (15 minutes is good for you especially if you dislike drinking milk or dark leafy veggies - need it for Vitamin D)
Hope this helps!
Take care and God bless.

Use a moisturiser with spf of 15 or higher everyday and when u go out into the sun put on sunblock, wear a hat and wear sunglasses so u don't squint. A balanced diet can also help prevent ageing. Just take good care of u'r skin while u'r still young

Why don't you try using Himalaya's revitalizing night cream right away. Make it a daily routine and you will find that your skin will remain taut and healthy! The cream is 100% herbal - so it's very safe for you to use on a daily basis.
You also need to drink a lot of water, get as much fresh air as possible, especially if you work in a heavily airconditioned environment.

Stay out of the sun! Or use sunscreen every day before you go out of the house! That is the main thing. Moisturize directly after a shower/bath. The sun and smoking are the two things that make us look like prunes in 30 years! Godloveya!

Use a really good nite cream, not necessarly expensive, just good. Always remove your make-up before going to bed, and drink lots of water. If you have to be in the sun always use at least a sf. 30 At the first sign of skin tags or moles, etc use neosporn nightly even on dark spots.

Sunscreen is very important. Not caring about wrinkles also helps (worrying causes wrinkles).

Sunlight and smoking both contribute to wrinkles. Use the strongest sunscreen available when outdoors, and if you smoke, quit. (I know, that's easy to say).
