As a 38 yr old driver, I run when i get to a fuel stop that i bed down for the night at, after my run, I shower and it seams to curb my appitite. while on the road...water,water,water. Snacks are bought at walmarts or a grocery store. HEALTHY SNACKS. low fat snacks and water. Just remember, however long it took you to gain the weight, it will take a while to loose it. Try any type of exersise you can...help offload your trailer...Good Luck Driver

Eat more fruits and raw vegggies and quit going to all these truck stop and eating doughnuts or eating at the sleazy restaurants. While at the parking lot, do a few laps around your truck.

It all depends on the mental status. Do you really want to lose weight? If so, ask a doctor or a nutritionist. I heard somewhere that the people Of France eat only one or two bites of a meal. That way they can taste and enjoy their food and not be overweight like americans are.

Stop snacking, eat healthier. A portion should be the size of your hand. I've seen those trucker restaurants, best food and lots of it. But not healthy.

eat healthier with smaller portions and try to exercise, even if its just a walk at a truck stop, when you can.
