Its quite possible he will be released and dismissed. The Iraqi legal system is odd at best. The Judges tolerate the accused screaming back at them (showing no respect for authority) .., and many Arabs show strange logic - evident in Afghanistan where the Afghani police let Al-Qaeda members go because "they are their brothers" despite the fact these menaces killed their families.
So all I am saying is "don't be too taken back" if Saddam is not only released, but restored as president AND the United States be forced to make reparations to Saddam.

Hopefully some of the most horrific torture from his party will be told..,the torture of the children whos parents disagreed with his politics.Cases of childrens limbs being put in tree shredders and gouging the eyes out of children while the parents were forced to watch..,it seems all cowards attack the innocent and the helpless.I hope they execute him with a do unto others in mind. And yet we have people that want to say putting a pair of panties over a prisoners head at abugirabe is torture???Not in my book.I hope he and his 6 henchmen get thier just reward.

I think he'll be found guilty of the crimes he's committed against the Iraqi people. Then, hopefully, he'll be joining his sons-- Uday and Qusay.
Have a great day!!!

After seeing what USA has done to their country, who knows
They might give him a medal ! as a hero of the people !
What he deserves, he would never get ! even if they kill him.
