one reason is, that they represent the minority of people in any society, and they usually get refused by others.
second is, emotionally they are no different than females, but physically they are seen as men, so this makes them somehow feel lost and confused.

its a mentality. everybody talks about their own circumstances. guys talk about their sexual triumphs. girls talk about their feelings. same thing. it's probably also an acceptance thing. they are proud of who they are.
