Hard to say. Depends on how long you've been with her, what she likes and how much you're willing to spend.
They say diamonds are a girls best friend but that also shows a big comittment. Flowers are nice but they die.
Try and think of something that she's metioned she liked. I.E a shirt or pair of pants, shoes, a CD etc. If you can remember something she mentioned to you you'll score big points.
Women love when you listen to them.

It depends on what is your age and hers, how long do you know her and what kind a relationship do you have. Give her something funny. I can tell you what gifts it would not be appropriate: a living been(dog, fish, cat...), something expensive, something very cheap, expensive jewels or rings or other significant things. Be very careful how you offer this gift. She must feel like you have looked for a long time this gift, it is especially for her and it has no strengths attached

next time you go shopping try 2 notice if she pays perticular attention to anything. or get her something sentimental that she can keep like jewery, something sweet. ask a one of her girlfriends wot she into

It depends how old she is and how long you have been dating. She's got to have some hobbies, right? You need to reask the question with more info. I think flowers are boring and I hate to see them die.

just promise her to be wid her all her life. trust her and be honest wid the relationship. that will be the biggest gift for her in her lifetime. and for tat day spend the whole day wid her and give her a hug.

Oh that's so sweet. When my boyfriend asks me what I want for my birthday, I tell him that I just want him to spend the entire day with me. Maybe you can take her out for a romantic dinner, or a picnic. As for a gift, women can never have enough clothes. You can buy her a nice dress, a top, a skirt or something else that you know is her style. You can buy jewellry also if you want to spend more money. You can probably buy a necklace or earrings with her birthstone or you can buy an ID band and engrave both of your names on it (or a special love message). I think the best thing is to just devote the entire day to her so that she feels special. You can also enlarge a beautiful picture of the both of you and put in into a nice frame. For most women, no matter what the gift is, they will appreciate it. Tell her how much you love her and how beautiful she looks. Oh! There are also bath sets, like with perfumed soaps, shower gels, scented candles etc. Maybe she might like something like that.
