Depends on how narrowly you want to define allusion. In the sense of innuendo, there are many: when Hamlet asks Ophelia if he can lay his head in her lap, when he asks if she thought he was refering to "country matters"...these are all allusions to sex. In the sesne of literary references, the scenes with the players are filled with references to greek plays. Hamlet's "to be or not to be" speech is clearly an allusion to suicide.
