Whilst silicon implants in the breasts/butt look nice (as long as they aren't over the top i.e. Jordan) when the girl is wearing a sexy dress/lingerie the effect is lost when in the flesh. I like the feel of a natural woman.

Not natural, and unnecessary. All it proves is that someone out there has so much money they don't know what to do with it, and brags to the world that they have the money to spend! A power play with the rest of us poor peons! LOL
