I want to know what was the date of creation of my email address on yahoo

easily by going to your profile you can underestand by reading the part that will tell you in which time you registered.

Click "Messenger' "My profiles" click on your ID in the dialog box. Enter your password. When your profile comes up, click on "Edit" In the edit window will be all your info. Look under your name and it will say "Member since(date)"
I have found though that if you have a 360 and that is shown as your profile, it will have the creation date of your 360 page.
