Your question is muddled. Do you mean Uranus in Scorpio or Scorpio ascending? The ascendant controls appearance. Scorpio rising gives one a strong, thick body of average height that is usually rather hairy. The face is square. One is generally strong. Usual ailments affect the bladder or genitals.
