Yes. It is cloudy outside, right now. The weather report is indicating a 60% chance of rain. If it rains when I want to work outside, today will be worse. But, that's about as "worse" as it gets.

It depends on what your definition Of worse is. If you try your best to have a positive outlook it won't if you believe that it will then it will. Always try to look on the upside of everything.
