I have a 93 explorer that has a head gasket leak, burning off all of my water. I can't afford the $1700 it will cost me to get it professionally done, so I want to know if there's some kind of sealer someone has used that worked wonders for them. If so, what is it called and where can I get it from and how much is it?

No sealer will work. Must replace head gasket.

There is not product available that will repair your head gasket without pulling the head and installing a new one. Your choices really are to DIY or have a shop do the work.

If you have any auto parts stores you can go to, buy some "Blue RTV" gasket sealer. It doesn't cost but just a few dollars and works great.

Seriously, my condolences. There's nothing that will fix that leak except for a new head gasket.

There is no magic fix for a head gasket failure other than repairing it the correct way. Fix it or sell it "as is".
