My manager told the part time girls he is going to start charging a stage fee. I think that is like really jacked! Is this a normal thing? Should I stay at this club?

It's not normal, but it's not unheard of either.

He makes more money off of his full time dancers, so he would rather that the stage time be spent on them. It's a way for him to try to make more money, and possibly encourage his part timers to become full time.

I would look for a new place to work. Regardless of how great the tips are, you shouldn't have to pay your employer to work there. You aren't an independent contractor for the business, so you shouldn't be required to rent stage time.

I have heard of this being done at some clubs.
It is just your manager's way of getting more money out of you, but if he has the right clientele then it is his prerogative.
