The closest flower you can get if you are in the US is Jasmine flower, or the stephanotis which looks like sampaguita but doesn't have a strong scent. If you really want one, call a florist in Hawaii or Guam, they would be able to ship the flowers to you. You can't have the flower shipped from the Phils., it's restricted.

A Yahoo search for "flowers of the philippines" (include the quotation marks in the search box) yields 141 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find the information you seek.
