Johnny Depp plays alittle bit more interesting roles??????. Mostly all his movies, his roles in movies are alittle too weird!!!!!!!!

He should play in serious roles!!!!!!. What's your opinion????

As long as he acts well and doesn't act all crazy , then it's fine .

How do you mean interesting roles? Wierd to you is interesting to other people! I wouldn't say too wierd though! He has done serious roles - Edward Scissor Hands was Serious, Sleepy Hollow was serious, The Ninth Gate was also serious, Platoon - also serious! How can he get anymore serious than those?
He is a brilliant actor in any role!
However, recently, (in Pirates and Chocolate Factory, corpse bride) he has played strange roles you are correct! However, he made those roles his own and performed absolutely fantasticlly!
I think if he gets offered a more serious role again then he wouldn't have any problems as like i say he is a brilliant actor!
I think he is more flexible than alot of actors today and more willing to perform in strange roles than alot but that is because he is very good at it, not because he is wierd but because he has the talent to do it!!

Um, I counted it it's like 9 out of 45 movies that he's a little strange and that means he's got 36 movies where he normal or serious. But him playing the roles of someone weird means he a great actor because a lot of people can't pull it off as well as him.

That is the irony of him. We've become accustomed to the fact that he plays all of the odd roles, and that has become the norm for him. A generic role would be out of place. I enjoy the roles that he chooses to play and i think we might be let down if he changed that.

I don't like Johnny Depp. The only movie he has been worth anything in has been Pirates, but the rest of his movies are to dark.

I like the obscure characters that Depp chooses to take on in his acting career. I think he is a brilliant man who marches to the beat of his own drum!
