i am getting the message as "unsupported file format" in my screen whenever i try installing a series 60 application. for example "smart movie player". is there any problem with my handset or should i have to change any settings?

You don't have to change any settings. The problem is that the phone supports symbian 60 9.1 applications. There aren't too many yet. Try www.symbian9.com, the mobilesmania.com forum. You should be able to find some applications.

Take it into the shop and let them sort it out for you, would be much easier, and they can show you what you need to be doing for it to work! Good luck with it!!!
