Does anyone know about abnormal saccedes of the eyes?

I was recently discovered to have small white spots in my brain. I have been very dizzy and lose my balance, so I was tested for vertigo. The results came back as abnormal saccedes. The Dr. doesn't believe I have MS, as he said I am too old to just start getting symptoms (49 yrs old). I have a titanium plate in C5/C6, and excruciating arm pain and loss of use of arm, along with numbness in all areas of my body. My primary doc said it's menopause, but I know that's not it. He just doesn't know what's wrong. Anyone out there have any ideas what's going on with me? I have been to a chiropractor, masseuse, neurologist, ENT,pain, and cardiologist drs. All the tests point to something neurological or brain disorder. I am going to see my orthopedic surgeon after a few more tests. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you.

I had viral labyrinthitis for months which causes the exact same symptoms as you have described, and so I was interested in your question. I tried looking it up for you.
