I know it is tough and makes you self conscious but like the others have said surgery may be an expensive option and if you can afford that it is ok. Otherwise let it be..Women with big breasts are considered sexy and so ......enjoy and give pleasure to your man

now if you want to go for surgery, its not good, just let them as it is, and for future wear tight bra even at night too wear bra, your size will get stops as it is, but donot think to cut out it or make it small from any surgery,
as the same is provided to you through GOD, not by yourself, o.k.,
donot feel ashamed or shy infront of others, try to cover them with dupata at outside, and if you feel ashamed the other one make it fun, if you not reacting anything they will let it go.

Be proud with natural ones. There are lot of women who spend $$$ for such great ones. Try to wear cloths that might conceal their real size.
