Persuasive - where you persuade people to do something (i.e. sign a petition, volunteer for charity, stop smoking etc.)
Informative - where you tell them about things they may have not known about but would interest them (cancers, cooking foreign foods, cultures etc. etc.)
Motivational - where you get people psyched up to do particular stuff (ie. start running, start a neighborhood watch etc. etc. etc.)
Entertainment - where you entertain of course (comedy stories etc. etc) :o) great for after dinner parties and events.

Oh sweetie, I wish I did. I have done all kinds of public speaking but I didn't know they were compartmentalized.
