Technically speaking, even without passport and visa you can go out of India - Nepal is one such independent sovereign country to visit. You won't require any particular zodiac sign or age bar for visiting Nepal.
Why such an anxiety or desperation to go foreign land. You are just at the beginning of your youth and becoming independent. Set your aims far more higher and foreign touring could just be a thing not even worth mentioning.

You need a purpose and a Visa. You can go out on business, travel or complete immigration. You should check out the consulate web sites and they will provide you with the Visa types that are available for the country and pre-requisties to get the visa. It is tough to get a UK/US visa - so you need to need to have a solid reason
