Check the trash folder, but that is normally cleaned out every few days.

As the hotmail mail is stored on the hotmail server, and not your computer, you waould have to contact hotmail to have them restore the mail from their end. You can not do it. Good luck getting them to do it.

regrettably, i do no longer think of this is achieveable. After your account is deactivated, it rather is wiped sparkling out. Signing in lower back is like signing up for a sparkling account different than they saved your previous consumer call for you.
