Toughest Division in football.
1. Pittsburgh 12-4
2. Cincinatti 12-4
3. Baltimore 12-4
4. Cleveland 7-9
Pittsburgh,Cin,Bal all split with one another. Pittsburgh is awarded the division because Baltimore and Cin lose to Cleveland once and Pitt sweeps Cleveland.
