Personally I would so to Universal Studios

I've been a few times to Florida, it's fantastic. If youre going to Orlando? All the Disney Parks and water parks are brilliant, and Universal Studios theme parks. If you have kids over 6? Universals Islands of Adventure is best! If you get the offer on a dinner show with your booking, the pirate one is the best to see.
My kids like to go to a place called Boggy Creek where you get driven at high speeds through the Everglades on an Airboat, I hate it because you get blasted with flying insects. And Daytona Beach is not all that neither, not really worth the drive... Hopefully youre not going there :)
Have fun!!

It depends on what part of Florida you visit. In the south, see the Miami Zoo, Everglades - - - Mid State see the "Springs" - - - Upper State, drive the back roads and see the horse farms. East coast, see the Space Port, - - - west coast ,Sannibel Island and time permits go to Disney World (Expensive, but worth it.) Florida is a big State with many, many attractions. Write to the Florida State Chamber of Commerce or get on their web site. There's so much to see and do, I'd need twenty times the space here to tell all there is to see and do.......

All the amusement parks r great, expensive but great. Make sure to apply for a resident card or get a Fla drivers license as soon as u get there if u r going to move there the discount for residents is great. U also might want to drive to Y-Bor city in Tampa if u're into Mid-Eastern cuisine, it's great and u can find great bargain gifts. If u r adventurous drive down to Sarasota, it's the winter home of Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus and lots of Baseball teams. Stay away from the beaches during feeding times (dawn and dusk) SHARKS!!! Especially in the Gulf waters. If u r smart u'll be safe, no swimming in unknown fresh water becuz of gators and snakes, and no sitting or falling asleep on a blanket on the grass fire ants will eat u alive otherwise it's a great place to visit. Have fun.

Depends on what you like...and the age group!

Epcot is a must....and try one of those restraunts in one of the countries! The fireworks display and laser show is something you can't miss!! Aww..and it has brilliant rides!!

Universal Studios...we spent a brilliant day there...and at the theme park next door....You must go on the Spiderman ride...and The Hulk!! Jimmy Neutron was brill too!!

The Magic Kingdom...well....pure magic.....make sure you see the night parade....all the floats are lit up...and the fire works too!!

Animal Kingdom....great rides there too....oh yeah...and the DIsney Character Breakfast....again a must if you have kids. Don't miss the Safari...it was awesome!!

Get there early...and miss the queues....and try and keep the water rides until last....I got soaked 1st thing!!

Try and spend a bit of time in one of those shopping outlets.....brill bargins on trainers (that is..if you're from the UK like me!!)

MGM Studios...plenty to do there....the Haunted House is a must...also behind the scene tour.

We spent a couple of days relaxing in the waterparks...Thunder Mountain and Typhoon Lagoon......plenty of fun and things to do there too!!

We missed a few things....but that's good...as we have an excuse to go back and visit Busch Gardens and so forth.

ENJOY...chill.....have fun filling in the green forms (again if you're form the UK!!)....and Don't smile at the Immigration lot...they lack a sense of humour!!!

There is so much to do that often there is not enough time, it is also quite tiring.
If you have young children with you then obviously you must see Magic Kingdom, best for teens is universal studios islands of adventure, Animal kingdom is lovely too, Sea world is great, and the waterparks are all worth a visit, dont think I've helped much but I wouldn't want to go all that way without visiting them all!!
And I have only talked about the theme parks !!

Depends which part you go, I been 4 times. Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens in Tampa are all fab places, my personal fav is Universal, thrill rides water rides and kids rides, but then all the theme parks have them. You could also take a trip to the Kennedy Space Centre if you like space stuff but if I were you go see your travel agent or check out some of the cool web sites

My top five attractions:
1. Islands of Adventure - theme park at Universal Orlando - best thrill rides
2. Magic Kingdom - theme park at Walt Disney World - it's a classic
3. Disney's Animal Kingdom - theme park at Walt Disney World - underrated theme park, it is really fun
4. Disney-MGM Studio - theme park at Walt Disney World - some good rides and shows
5. Epcot - theme park at Walt Disney World - a couple okay rides here, but a nice overall experience if you spend time in the World Showcase

Obviously, Walt Disney World is the main place to go, but I personally enjoy Islands of Adventure the most for the thrill rides. If you have time, sprinkle in some time at Downtown Disney and Universal CityWalk.

I send most of my clients to Universal Studios and Wet & Wild. With the Universal studios park hopper you will have plenty of exitement for at least 5 days then add wet & wild to cool off. Free shuttle from the resort.
You can go to fear factor live while your there.
I also have great scuba diving in Fort Laurderdale that you may enjoy.
