Uh NO, each individual person (no matter the race) is responsible for their own choices and life. What shortcomings are you talking about ?? Some blacks that I know are better off than some whites. Look at Condoleeza Rice one of thee strongest black women in the US !! What shortcomings does she have?? NONE. I must say you are way off base, most of the black women that are in the public eye are strong,intelligent, caring role models for all races. Same with most black men.
Again I ask you what shortcomings?? Please specify what shortcomings you are talking about.
Blaming whites for your life is a cop out.... start blaming the person who is in control of your life...to find that person go look in the mirror.
