Things should be spilt 50/50....he is obviously a Bell End and needs a good kicking but aside from that, you'll get to meet new people and start a new life just you and your baby. Wen you feel confident enough you can find a new partner that wont cheat, because now you know what not to look for. The government will help you with house arrangements and you will recieve benifits.

You can get help from the benefits agency. This will be for yourself and your sone. You also could get help from tax credits. It will be advisable to speak with housing. Check out your local council and they may be able to put you up but dont be suprised if it is a bedsit for a while. The other would be to find out why your husband cheated on you and hard as it may seem try to resolve it. Dont forget to speak with the cca as to your husband paying you for the keep of your son but as they take ages it may be an idea to come to a mutual agreement
all in all try and work it out first as your sons welfare could be at stake

The only benefit I would think you would have is your integrity that you left this cheating louse of a husband.
You need to go to work....DIVORCE your spouse and.you'll be eligible for child support, and possibly maintenance (alimony), and a share of any 401k or pensions your spouse might have. Marital property will be divided.....So you should have enough to be able to get a bed ...
Apartments are usually furnished with appliances. Depend on yourself.........No one owes you a dime....and the charity hand outs shouldn't be used for someone who is capable of earning a living on their own and supporting themselves.
Unless you are disabled, legs, arms, hands and your brain doesn't work...you shouldn't depend on a FREEBIE charity handout!!!

define youthful. while you're speaking approximately juveniles (decrease than the age of 18), then the mother and dad (of the two the mother and dad) ought to take various the duty with the aid of fact (AND purely with the aid of fact) they nevertheless have the financial duty to take care of their juvenile newborn. of direction, you're assuming that the girl's mum and dad ought to arise with the money for to help their daughter and a sparkling infant besides. that may not continuously the case, and no remember in case you like it or no longer, undesirable babies deserve basically as lots foodstuff and guard as different teenagers. in spite of the fact that, over the age of 18, the grandparents ought to have not have been given any further duty. in certainty that childrens make blunders. that doesn't cause them to "scroungers" or "freeloaders." at an identical time as some people will abuse the welfare gadget, many actual want the help. they might have a psychological ailment or a disability. in actuality, many do paintings yet can no longer make ends meet on a minimum salary revenues. those people who're fortunate sufficient to have stable paying jobs have a duty to help those much less fortunate.

Poor you. I don't think you are a scrounger, benefits are there for people like you who need help. Get on to your local council office, they should be able to tell you all you need. But be careful, if you leave the family home you are volunteering to make yourself homeless, there is probably a way around it, just think things through very carefully. Good luck, i hope it all works out for you.
