Ok, first of all you need to understand & believe that there is absolutely nothing you can do that can increase your height. Forget all the B.S about stretching, drinking milk etc. It is all about genetics.
You are only 16, you have a couple more years and you will put on an inch or two. So do not worry, your growth spurt has not ended yet.
There is 1 medical treatment for those who are really short. A lot of doctors are however reluctant to use or endorse it because its long term side effects have not been weighed yet. They are called Height hormonal treatments and you wont find them in the pharamacy next door. If this is a major issue for you, I suggest you visit a specialist and ask him if he could give u the hormonal shots.

Girls grow rather slowly after 16, but it is still possible that you will grow taller. To do so, you must stay relatively slim, so you don't make gravity pull your spine down.
I absolutely refuse to be an advocate of anorexia or bulimia, or any of the neurotic fixations of that nature when I say that I am living proof you should not let yourself get fat. If you do not fight the battle of the bulge to the extent necessary, it will get harder the older you get, and you will lose so much other life -- flexibility, mobility, eventually the health problems multiply depressingly -- from not staying reasonably trim and fit. Don't go nuts, but do be active and eat reasonably.
And think of this: if you want to encourage your spine to think you are still young enough to grow, then be healthy enough for your spine to believe you. Move and carry yourself like a graceful aristocrat, and you will walk tall, as they say. Good posture is a very quick way to increase your height, if you haven't already figured that one out.
You also need to get a lot of calcium, probably in milk, but you know best. After all, growing bones requires calcium; that's basic.

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL1ou , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

Hey there is nothing wrong with your height - you really don't want to start messing with your body. Best solution is to stand up straight and be proud of yourself - your posture alone will make you taller. If you really must, then buy a pair of heels for special occassions: ones with a small platform can make you look a little taller in a subtle way. Don't wear them all the time however as you risk bunions, corns etc which are far worse longterm than worrying about your height or lack of.

Sunshine I don't think you'll grow any more, 5'3" is a very nice height not too small not too big, Carmen Electra is that height and look how gorgeous she looks some actresses are even smaller.
another good thing about your height is you have the allusion of becoming short when you want and tall when you want, with heels of course.

Im 5'3" and Im 33 honestly there is nothing you can do - well thats not right you could go through extremely painful surgery where they put pins in your leg to make your bones grow longer but you might be too old for that now - just put some high heals on and get over it - you are who you are.

Eat nutritiously (lots of fruit & vegetables) and drink a lot of milk. Do daily stretching and exercises which stretch your arms and back. Over a long period of time it is possible to grow this way.

When you are lying down, stretch your knees. Then make it so there is always a curb around to stand on. If that fails, just be a kindergarten teacher.
Sekkennight, your spelling is stunted too.
