people.,...the budget was balanced under clinton due to congress, not due to clinton.
One of the few times that budget balancing was done outside the whitehouse.
Clintons personal life is relevant, it shows he didnt give a flip about the office or the duties, especially considering how little he actully did.
Jobs: what jobs? - the only ones created by clinton were very shortterm temp jobs or welfare jobs where he paid people to do nothing.
