Well I used to enjoy them but now all i can think about is all the colors added to them and what they can do to you and your skin ie rashes if you want to know more checkout the fed up web site I couldn't belive what some of the additives in food are!

ummm, yes. Read the package. Also, when you eat them, you should be able to taste the chocolate. If not, then they aren't m&m's.
