burn the discs onto your computer and then hook up the mp3 player and put them in hte file of your player. like if you have an ipod you use itunes to put your cds in

copy them to your PC then you can send the to mp3. there should be a place or a drop down menu that gives you the option to send to portable device. I know there is with music engine and with windows media player.
