I'm sorry, I should have stated that I live in London, UK. This is also where the divorce was filed, and issued.

County Clerk or Recorder of Deed's office. You may also be able to locate it online at your county's website.

There should be a copy in the court house of the city the divorce took place.

it should be on file at the county seat where the divorce was granted, for a fee, you can get a copy
