i had taken emergency contraceptive pills a week earlier since then my nipples have become hard and pain..?
i havent experienced this is any periods earlier so its definite its because of the pills...i also took painkillers but didnt work do u have any other solution?
i had seen a family doctor but the pain killers havent helped...actually i took the emergency contraceptive pill because i was tense ...i could have been that i wasnt pregnant at all in the first place....can this side effect be reversible?

I answered this the first time...
It can be a side effect, but as a precaution I would go and see the health professional who prescribed you the pills.
Oh and if your period is late the go back to the Dr straight away.

I would have to say it will go away eventually because the ecp is a super concentrated hormone pill and that can make your nipples sore. Give it some time and try cool washcloths.
