I currently have the first XDA which I use purely as an organiser and also a Sony Ericsson K700i mobile. I want to buy a smartphone that will do that lot. I am familiar with the mobile microsoft software I use with my XDA, and a bit wary with the Symbian software provided with the Ericsson P990i.

Ive narrowed my search down between the new XDA, as its a lot smaller than the one i have, so i may be able to put up with that as a mobile, however I like the Ericsson p990i (however not sure if through time that flap at the front will be a nuisance and end up breaking off or getting slack and falling down??) and also the Blackberry 7130v ?? Can anybody help me with any advice or if you currently use any of these smartphones and what your views are on them?

Thank you for any help/advice you can give me.
Regards
Linda

woah.. thanks for help folks, my head is now even more buzzing lol.. Thats true what you are saying about XDA, as I use that already, but the lack of keyboard did put me off, as I do tend to text a lot, but I will look at Atom thanks,, plus I will have a look at the e61 as well, didnt really think about Nokia, but will check it out.

The only other question is has anybody used the Symbian software? just to hear how it is for ease of use? as I currently use Pocket microsoft windows software. questions .. questions.. eh..

thanks folks for all your advice though much appreciated

WAIT FOR THE BLACKBERRY PEARL..... 8100!!!!!!
I had the Ericsson... and the flap did eventually break... which meant I had to keep opening the flap to dial numbers which was a pain.
