What amazes me most is the cosmic scale of time and space. There is endless existence stretched all around us - radiant stars, blazing galaxies, and mind-boggling distances in between. I wonder how many other people could be out there?

The universe is a fascinating; and its expanse and beauty awe-inspiring. But it is in general a non-friendly place. There are violent explosions, and deadly radiations everywhere. Our own solar system is comprised of planets long dead except for the Earth.

In this fascinating wilderness our life exists in a bubble of thin air floating in bleak and cold space. This to me is a miracle - life so delicate existing in the middle of an enormity so hostile.

Anything that weighs more than me and can fly or float especially aeroplanes and ships i think they are AMAZING!

I still look at planes and say "WOAH! How can an object that large and heavy fly? thats impossible..."
Rather like the reaction a cave person would have if they saw a plane back in there day... when the men used to literaly bring home the bacon.

It amazes me that some people on here can ask the most personal questions on their health or their sex life and expect sensible answers. Why don't they seek professional help?

It also amazes me how people can bother to write the ridiculous answers they do and think they are clever and witty when in fact, they look like idiots.

The capacity that human beings have to be cruel to each other. I see it every day and still am amazed by the new lows that people reach on a daily basis. It's really sad.

it amazes me... how people have managed to turn their lives around, having endured so much mental, physical and emotional pain in their lives during the past
it amazes me...how people who you've known in person can be so incredibly rude, insult you and say nasty things to your face
it amazes me.... when i see celebrities dedicate some of their time doing charitable events and helping other causes one way or another
it amazes me....that we are at war when it should never have happened in the first place
it amazes me....when people try their very best at something and giving it a right go, even though they know its not as good as they think it is
its amazes me....the amount of courage and bravery one has to withstand from such idiotic, crude and spiteful behaviour

Space- how can you understand any measurement so much vastly bigger than any on earth, ie any we have a point of reference for? Example- the sun (basically an incomprehensibly vast explosion lasting for tens of thousands of years) releases flares of boiling, flaming gas that look tiny on the surface but are actually the size of planets.

That anyone likes my paintings enough to actually part with cash to own one
And that the sea is never the same two days running
And how beautiful nature is
And that my boyfriend loves me
