If You Are Having Problems With Your Firewall, I Recommend Save Yourself The Headaches And Get A Better One (If You Have The Admin Rights). I Use Zone Alarm Security Suite. Never Had A Problem. But Why Would You Want To ByPass Your Firewall In The 1st Place? Are You Under Perantal Control?

You need a proxy server - an inbetween you and the site. Just Google for it, you then tell your browser to use that instead of a direct connection. I'm assuming you're at college/work, and they may have a proxy server already set in the browser. This isn't a failsafe though, as they may have a list of proxy servers already on their banned list. There are hundreds of them on the net. Good luck.
