I believe that you were just badly hurt by your break up. And this hurting inside you causes you to think that to get even with him, you have to revenge against him. I'm sure that it's all in your mind. I don't think that you are capable of hurting the one you reallyl ove.
Just let go though it hurts. Time will soon heal your broken heart and you will be thankful at the end if you did not make his life miserable while you were in that healing period.
Then, when the healing is done, just move on lightheartedly with the belief and hope in your heart that someday, somehow, Destiny will bring to your path the right man for you. You'll never know, it may just be the same guy that caused your heartbreak. If not, then you really are not meant for each other so just love truly the guy who is really meant for you. Goiod luck.

I understand that you are hurt, but "Living well" is the best revenge. If you show him attention, then he knows that he won. Don't play into his hands.....if he hurt you, take the lesson you have learned and move on.
