Yes Mr. bobbyrungta, you can see even English speaking homeless people in Chandigarh; high tech exposed with mobiles, laptops, fluent in many languages, perhaps even foreign-returned having currencies of many countries with them plus much more affluent - believe me I have personally met quite a few of them - very result oriented and go-getters, but "poor people" having houses but no homes; I believe difference can be made between house and home?!-"beggers" in one form or the other.

Yes there are a few beggars in Chandigarh but you will not see as much as in Delhi. Mostly you will find them in sec 17 or sec 22 market.

what are you thinking of india mr runguta. as per my knowledge your question about india and indians are very bad in nature.you think if you live in canada you are the most inteligent and decent person. just forget india or donot insult indians as you also an NRI who do not choosan his best answer for last 3 questions.
